Odette Sweden har publicerat en ny specifikation för fakturering, ”Odette Sweden Implementation Guidelines for AP (Automotive Products / Direct Material)”. Specifikationen har utarbetats gemensamt av medlemsföretagen inom Odette Sweden och utgör en användarprofil av Global Invoice V2.

Vänligen observera att den specifikation som publicerades av oss i juli 2005 genomgått en smärre uppdatering på följande punkter 2005-12-09:

Flera av Odette Swedens medlemsföretag avser nu att implementera denna gemensamt överenskomna specifikation globalt i relation till sina respektive leverantörer.

Under en informationsträff, 2005-10-31, informerade AB Volvo programvaruhus om sina framtida planer som innebär att samtliga leverantörer till AB Volvos bolag i Europa som idag fakturerar elektroniskt kommer att beröras av förestående förändringar. Global Invoice Implementation: Global Invoice Message 2.0: Odette Sweden Implementation Guidelines for AP (Automotive products/Direct material)
The Global Invoice Sweden project started as a joint effort within Odette Sweden to adapt to the new European legislation on invoicing and VAT. The results are common implementation guidelines for AP (Automotive products/Direct material) based on Global Invoice Message 2.0 these are published in this document.
Our guidelines are based on the Global Invoice Message 2.0 that was developed by AIAG, JAMA-JAPIA, and Odette to elaborate a harmonised electronic invoicing message as a common standard for global use in the automotive industry.

Update of the specification
Please observe that the specification that was published by us in July 2005 has been updated with some minor changes on 2005-12-09:
NAD 3207 has changed from R to D
NAD 3042 has changed from R to D
ALI has changed from R to D
TAX 5305, one sentence deleted in the code AAM
Error corrected in table: SG 50 home currency is D

Several member companies within Odette Sweden have now started implementation of the new specification with the intention to apply it in more or less all their relations to trading partners.
AB Volvo
In a seminar on October 31 AB Volvo informed software vendors about their future plans for the implementation of the AB Volvo profile of Odette Sweden Implementation Guidelines for AP.
